The initial installation included a 7.7Kw system utilising REC black solar PV panels with a SENEC home 9Kw battery storage system with a built inverter. This part of the installation will generate approximately 60% of the total energy consumption of the home.

Stage 2 will be a further 14kW solar PV system installed on the yet to be built garage, completing the 22kW system, designed to eliminate the majority of the bill each month.
