The latest development from DCB for LEDA holdings is currently underway at Stewarts Road, Currumbin. The project is a significant commercial undertaking with all works aiming for completion by April 2023.
Senior Project Manager Brent Wilkie from DCB Developments, describes the project equivalent to six small building projects all in one.
The project is made up of 3 buildings, housing a mix of retailers including a drive-thru Zarraffa’s Coffee shop, KFC, Shell Service Centre, Coles Express, 24/7 Gymnasium and a Storage King to name a few. The site is linked to the M1 northbound with easy access in both directions.

This site has presented many challenges along the way, from flood mitigation, water retention and major civil and main road access.
Our team recently assisted in upgrading all egress and emergency lighting, temporary power and all during a massive downpour. Ensuring the whole site safety was improved immediately, with latest requirements, exceeding and delivering in a timely and effective manner.
